The Perfect Martini

Recipe for the perfect martini 

• 50ml Eko Gin Signature Dry Gin
• 1 tbsp dry vermouth
• Garnish of choice (we prefer cucumber!)

Method

1. Stir the gin and vermouth with a little ice until chilled
2. Strain into a chilled martini glass
3. Garnish with a cucumber swirl
