Lemon Gin Fizz

Recipe for Eko Gin Lemon Gin Fizz

• 50ml Eko Gin Signature Dry Gin
• 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 3 tbsp agave syrup
• 1 egg white
• Soda water to top
• Ice 

Method

1. Dry shake the gin, lemon juice, agave syrup and egg white
2. Add ice and shake again 
3. Strain and top with soda water
4. Garnish with a lemon twist and lemon zest
